About the Role
As a Community Finance Officer, you'll work directly with groups to strengthen their financial management. This is a hands-on role where you'll see real impact in communities across Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
• Train group leaders and treasurers on financial management best practices
• Support groups in setting up their Kitabu Yetu accounts
• Help troubleshoot issues and answer technical questions
• Collect feedback from community groups
• Document success stories and lessons learned
• Conduct quarterly financial health checks with groups
